What is Time Line Therapy?

Time Line Therapy ™ is an accelerated therapy to help release negative emotions and limiting decisions producing a very positive impact on ones behavior, personality and health. Time Line Therapy was developed by Dr.Tad James.

Time Line Therapy ™ is based on how people encode and store their memories. By restructuring and eliminating the emotional root cause of behavior and emotional issues people can experience life as it is supposed to be. Healthier and happy! Being free from past programming, emotional issues and self-limiting decisions can be gone forever!

Did you know that all of our memories are stored on what we call a Time Line? Using certain techniques, negative emotions, (bad feelings) limiting decisions, anger and other conflicts we have within us, are liberated from memories of past events. This results in dramatic improvements in personal growth and development. Often negative emotions are held for years and the holding onto negative emotions prevents us from obtaining our true potential, or becoming the real person that we are capable of! With the help of Time Line Therapy ™ you can be rid of all these negatives from your life, and on these being released this will then allow or permit you to gain emotional control over your life. Gone will be inappropriate emotional reactions, such as anger, apathy, depression, anxiety, sadness and fear. These type emotions are responsible for preventing many from achieving the quality of life they desire and deserve. Thoughts such as I am not good enough or I don’t deserve to be happy create limitations on you and prevent you from reaching your attainable goals. The Time Line Therapy ™ procedures allow you to delete many negative times and emotions from your past, and this therefore allows or permits you to go forward towards your goals and future desires.

THE UNCONSCIOUS MIND: In the context of Time Line Therapy®, the words “unconscious mind” are not intended to signify anything mysterious or unusual, simply the part of your mind of which you are not conscious, right now. Your unconscious mind is a very important part of you. Think about it for just a moment. Here is a part of you that runs your body; it makes your heart beat, causes the lymph system to circulate, your breathing to continue, your eyes to blink, your stomach to digest your food, and many other tasks that perhaps you had never even considered.

The first thing to appreciate is that your unconscious mind is the source of all learning, all behavior and all change.

Your unconscious mind is the part of you that learns, not your conscious mind. Now, you may have thought that you learned consciously in the past, and although your learning has to go through the conscious mind, it is your unconscious mind that remembers everything. EVERYTHING, once learned, resides in the unconscious mind.

Think about all the things you have ever learned. Until the subject was mentioned, how many of them did you remember consciously? Probably none! If you had to remember all the phone numbers you know consciously, there wouldn’t be enough room for anything else, would there? So all learning takes place at the unconscious level.

Think of all the phone numbers you have learned, and which you now know. For example, you know your home phone number, do you not? If you’d like to do this with me, please say it to yourself. Now before you were thinking of your home phone number, where was it? Obviously it was stored somewhere, of which you were not conscious — that is your unconscious mind — the part of your mind of which you are not conscious, right now. What’s important about that is that all your learning — everything you have ever learned — is stored in your unconscious mind.
